30.100 mh/s actually (rx 580 pulse 4gigs), then in Radeon settings I overclocked the memory to 2090mhz and downclocked gpu to 1310hz, all stable. I didn changed the voltages coz free electricity here :)

I'm getting 27.5 Mh/s on my MSI RX580 4GB after BIOS modding (did both straps).
Core clock is at 1,100 and memory clock is 1,900.
